CPCD45 – 4.5-tonne diesel internal combustion forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPCD45 is a sit-on diesel internal combustion forklift designed to handle up to 4,500 kg at a 500 mm load centre. It provides an intermediate capacity for sites that exceed the capabilities of a 4-tonne model without systematically requiring a 5-tonne forklift.

A 4.5-tonne capacity for heavy transfers

The CPCD45 meets the requirements of industrial operations, material logistics and production areas. Its long wheelbase contributes to stability. The wide mast provides a clear field of vision. Lowering cushioning limits impacts on the load and floor.

A 55.8 kW diesel engine and 90-litre fuel tank

The 2,970 cm³ four-cylinder engine delivers 55.8 kW. Maximum torque reaches 320 N·m at 1,200–1,600 rpm. The 90-litre fuel tank supports extended operating periods. The hydrodynamic transmission provides regular forward-reverse transitions.

Precise driving around bulky loads

FHPS steering facilitates manoeuvring. The adjustable suspension seat limits vibration. The integrated side shift allows the forks to be positioned in front of the load. The OPS system prevents lifting and travel when the operator is not seated.

Forward and rear visibility

LED lights, the blue warning light, panoramic mirrors and the horn integrated into the rear handle improve signalling. The LCD screen allows the operator to view useful information from the driving position.

Accessible maintenance

The gas-spring-assisted bonnet provides access to the engine and main components. Air filtration limits dust ingress. Routine inspections include fluid levels, forks, mast, chains, tyres and lighting equipment.
