CPCD35 – 3.5-tonne diesel internal combustion forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPCD35 is a sit-on diesel internal combustion forklift designed for industrial loads weighing up to 3,500 kg at a 500 mm load centre. It combines a 36.8 kW engine, hydrodynamic transmission, 70-litre fuel tank and a structure suited to outdoor or mixed operations.

A 3.5-tonne capacity for dense loads

The CPCD35 can handle raw materials, finished products and industrial pallets between storage, workshops, loading bays and production. The long wheelbase supports stability under load. Increased ground clearance facilitates travel on stabilised uneven ground.

Diesel engine and fuel autonomy

The four-cylinder engine delivers 36.8 kW from a displacement of 2,850 cm³. Maximum torque reaches 165 N·m at 1,600–1,800 rpm. The 70-litre fuel tank supports extended work periods. The hydrodynamic transmission provides regular forward-reverse changes.

Visibility and precision during load pick-up

The wide mast provides a clear field of vision. The integrated side shift facilitates fork alignment. The adjustable suspension seat and FHPS steering support repeated travel. Lowering cushioning protects the load during deposit.

Operator-presence control and signalling

The OPS system prevents lifting and travel when the operator leaves the seat. LED lights, the blue warning light, mirrors and the rear horn improve safety during manoeuvres.

Engine access for inspections

The gas-spring-assisted bonnet provides access to the engine and components. The filtration system limits dust ingress. Routine checks include fluid levels, forks, mast, chains, tyres and lighting equipment.
