CPCD40 – 4-tonne diesel internal combustion forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPCD40 is a sit-on diesel internal combustion forklift with a rated capacity of 4,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre. It is designed for heavy industrial applications on yards, loading bays and production areas. Its 55.8 kW engine, 90-litre fuel tank and increased ground clearance support extended operating periods.

Four tonnes for intensive outdoor operations

The CPCD40 can move dense pallets, bulky components and raw materials between storage, production and dispatch. Its 2,100 mm wheelbase supports stability. The wide mast provides good visibility during load pick-up.

A 55.8 kW engine for heavy loads

The four-cylinder engine has a displacement of 2,970 cm³. Maximum torque reaches 320 N·m at 1,200–1,600 rpm. The fuel tank holds 90 litres. The hydrodynamic transmission and hydraulic system support intensive work cycles.

Driving and safety in industrial environments

FHPS steering and the adjustable suspension seat facilitate travel. The integrated side shift helps align the forks. The OPS system prevents lifting and travel when the operator is not seated. LED lights, the blue warning light, mirrors and the rear horn improve visibility.

Engine access and dust protection

The gas-spring-assisted bonnet provides quick access to the components. The air-filtration system limits dust ingress. Routine checks include fluid levels, forks, chains, mast, tyres and signalling systems.
