CPCD20 – 2-tonne diesel internal combustion forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPCD20 is a sit-on diesel internal combustion forklift with a rated capacity of 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre. It is intended for outdoor or mixed operations at loading bays, logistics yards, workshops and industrial sites. Its diesel engine, increased ground clearance and robust mast support material flows without dependence on an electric charging point.

Two diesel tonnes for versatile operations

The CPCD20 can manage unloading, transfer and supply operations between outdoor areas and buildings. The long wheelbase contributes to stability. The wide mast provides a clear view of the forks. Lowering cushioning limits impact when depositing the load.

Diesel engine and hydrodynamic transmission

The four-cylinder engine delivers 36.8 kW. Its displacement is 2,850 cm³ and maximum torque reaches 165 N·m at 1,600–1,800 rpm. The 60-litre fuel tank supports extended operating periods. The hydrodynamic transmission and forward-reverse controls facilitate changes of direction.

An operator compartment suited to frequent travel

The adjustable suspension seat limits vibration. FHPS steering provides smooth control during manoeuvres. The integrated side shift facilitates fork alignment. The OPS system prevents lifting and travel when the operator is not seated.

Visibility in circulation areas

LED lights, the blue warning light, panoramic mirrors, the LCD screen and the horn integrated into the rear handle improve visibility and operating information.

Engine access designed for inspections

The gas-spring-assisted bonnet opens to provide access to the engine and main components. The air-filtration system limits dust ingress. Fluid levels, forks, mast, chains, tyres and lighting equipment must be inspected before operation.
