CPD50 – 5-tonne 4-wheel lithium electric forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPD50 is a sit-on lithium electric forklift designed to handle up to 5,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre. It supports high-capacity operations with electric drive, a 154 V LiFePO₄ battery and permanent-magnet AC traction.

Five electric tonnes for the heaviest loads

The CPD50 is intended for industrial sites, storage platforms and workshops moving very heavy pallets, equipment and components. Its 2,100 mm wheelbase contributes to stability. The wide mast allows visual monitoring of the forks during pick-up, travel and deposit.

A lithium battery suited to industrial operating schedules

The 154 V / 280 Ah LiFePO₄ battery can be charged during work interruptions. A full charging time of 2 to 3 hours is specified. The BMS monitors charging and discharging. This technology requires neither periodic maintenance nor battery replacement between work cycles.

Traction and lifting power

The 29 kW traction motor uses permanent-magnet AC control. The lift motor delivers 34 kW. Lift speed reaches 410 mm/s when laden and 500 mm/s when unladen. The hydraulic system supports repeated heavy-duty handling cycles.

Ergonomics and safety equipment

The operator compartment includes an adjustable suspension seat and FHPS steering. The integrated side shift facilitates fork alignment. The OPS system prevents travel and lifting when the operator is not seated. LED lights, the blue warning light, panoramic mirrors and the rear horn improve forklift visibility.

The assisted bonnet provides access to the components for routine inspections. The filter limits dust ingress. Checks include the forks, mast, chains, tyres, brakes and safety devices.
