CPD40 – 4-tonne 4-wheel lithium electric forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPD40 is a sit-on lithium electric forklift designed to handle up to 4,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre. Its 154 V / 280 Ah LiFePO₄ battery, permanent-magnet AC drive and structure designed for heavy loads meet the requirements of industrial sites, logistics platforms and production workshops.

Four electric tonnes for heavy-duty handling

The CPD40 can move heavy pallets and components without using a diesel engine. Its 2,100 mm wheelbase supports stability. Ground clearance facilitates travel on stabilised logistics yards and industrial areas. The wide mast provides good visibility during load pick-up and transport.

A high-voltage battery for charging between shifts

The 154 V / 280 Ah LiFePO₄ battery is equipped with a BMS, thermal monitoring and high-voltage regulation. It can be charged during breaks or shift changes. A full charging time of 2 to 3 hours is specified. The battery requires neither replacement between cycles nor periodic maintenance.

Permanent-magnet AC drive

The traction motor delivers 29 kW and the lift motor 34 kW. The PM AC control system is suited to heavy-load movements. The hydraulic system provides lift speeds of 450 mm/s when laden and 500 mm/s when unladen.

Comfort and safety during intensive operation

The spacious operator compartment, adjustable suspension seat and FHPS steering support long handling shifts. The integrated side shift facilitates fork alignment. The OPS system prevents lifting and travel when the operator is not seated. LED lights, the blue warning light, mirrors and the rear horn complete the safety equipment.

Direct access to components

The gas-spring-assisted bonnet provides access to the components for routine inspections. The filtration system limits dust ingress. The maintenance-free battery reduces energy-related servicing requirements.
