CPD45 – 4.5-tonne 4-wheel lithium electric forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPD45 is a sit-on lithium electric forklift with a rated capacity of 4,500 kg at a 500 mm load centre. This intermediate capacity is suited to applications where 4 tonnes are no longer sufficient, without automatically requiring the maximum dimensions of a 5-tonne forklift.

A 4.5-tonne capacity for demanding industrial transfers

The CPD45 is suited to production facilities, logistics platforms, workshops and storage areas handling heavy industrial pallets. Its long wheelbase supports stability. The wide mast facilitates visual monitoring of the forks during load pick-up and deposit.

A 154 V battery for organising operating schedules

The 154 V / 280 Ah LiFePO₄ battery can be charged during breaks and shift changes. A full charging time of 2 to 3 hours is specified. The BMS monitors charging and discharging cycles. The battery requires no periodic maintenance and does not need to be replaced between work cycles.

Permanent-magnet drive and a 34 kW lift motor

The 29 kW traction motor uses PM AC control. The lift motor delivers 34 kW. Lift speed reaches 430 mm/s when laden and 500 mm/s when unladen. This configuration supports repeated transfer and stacking of heavy loads.

Precision, visibility and operator-presence control

FHPS steering and progressive forward-reverse controls facilitate load approach. The integrated side shift improves fork positioning. The OPS system prevents lifting and travel when the operator leaves the seat. LED lights, the blue warning light, mirrors and the rear horn improve visibility.

Component access for inspections

The gas-spring-assisted bonnet provides access to the main components. The filtration system limits dust ingress. Routine inspections include the mast, chains, forks, tyres and signalling devices.
