    Designed as a powerful alternative to 2.5-ton internal combustion models, it combines lithium-ion technology, dual asynchronous motor architecture, and a high-strength compact chassis to deliver maximum productivity with minimal energy use.

    Intended for industrial sites, logistics centers, and distribution platforms, the FE4P25GB meets continuous-operation demands while reducing maintenance and running costs.

    Its compact build and remarkable stability make it equally suitable for indoor use and moderate outdoor applications.

    Controlled power and performance

    The FE4P25GB is equipped with two high-efficiency asynchronous motors — an 11 kW traction motor and a 16 kW lifting motor — ensuring smooth, consistent power delivery.

    This dual-motor setup provides linear acceleration, a travel speed of 14 km/h loaded (15 km/h unloaded), and a rated capacity of 2,500 kg, matching the productivity of a diesel forklift.

    Its AC brushless technology eliminates motor maintenance and extends component lifespan.

    Thanks to a balanced wheelbase and optimized weight distribution, the truck maintains perfect stability even when transporting loads at height or working on ramps.

    With a gradeability of 15 % under load, the FE4P25GB easily handles loading docks and uneven floors without traction loss.

    The FE4P25GB comes standard with a 76.8 V – 206 Ah lithium-ion battery, upgradeable to 554 Ah depending on autonomy requirements. It offers rapid recharging (up to 50 % capacity in one hour) and zero maintenance — no water refills, no gas emissions, no service interruptions.

    The Battery Management System (BMS) monitors temperature, voltage, and charge level in real time, ensuring safety and long battery life. Opportunity charging during operator breaks is possible without any memory effect, keeping the truck available throughout the day. This flexibility increases uptime and limits planned charging stops.

    Compared with lead-acid technology, the FE4P25GB’s lithium system offers a three-times longer service life, a significant reduction in total cost of ownership (TCO), and near-continuous availability — ideal for 2-shift or 3-shift production environments.
