CPD25 – 2.5-tonne 4-wheel lithium electric forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPD25 is a sit-on lithium electric forklift designed to handle up to 2,500 kg at a 500 mm load centre. This capacity meets the requirements of denser pallet flows in warehouses, workshops, loading bays and production sites seeking to combine electric operation with flexible charging.

A 2.5-tonne capacity for denser loads

The CPD25 provides additional capacity compared with a 2-tonne model while retaining dimensions suited to versatile operations. The long wheelbase supports stability. Increased ground clearance facilitates travel on stabilised logistics areas. The wide mast improves visibility during pallet pick-up and deposit.

Opportunity charging during work interruptions

The 80 V / 175 Ah LiFePO₄ battery can be charged during breaks or shift changes. A full charge is specified in 2 to 3 hours. The BMS monitors charging and discharging. The lithium battery requires neither topping-up nor periodic maintenance and does not need to be replaced between work cycles.

An operator compartment designed for repeated movements

The spacious compartment, adjustable suspension seat and FHPS steering facilitate operation. Forward and reverse controls provide progressive direction changes. The integrated side shift helps the operator position the forks accurately in front of pallets and racking.

Safety during manoeuvres

The OPS system prevents lifting and travel when the operator is not seated. LED lights, the blue warning light, panoramic mirrors and the horn integrated into the rear handle improve forklift detection. Lowering cushioning reduces impact during load deposit.

Component access and routine inspections

The gas-spring-assisted bonnet provides direct access to the components. The air-filtration system limits dust ingress. The maintenance-free battery reduces energy-related servicing, without replacing regular checks of the mast, chains, forks, tyres and safety equipment.
