TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • CPD30 – 3-tonne 4-wheel lithium electric forklift

    The NOBLELIFT FRANCE CPD30 is a sit-on lithium electric forklift with a rated capacity of 3,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre. It is intended for regular industrial material flows between production, storage, receiving and dispatch. Its 80 V / 205 Ah LiFePO₄ battery and four-wheel configuration support applications requiring a 3-tonne capacity without using a diesel engine.

    Three tonnes for regular industrial flows

    The CPD30 can operate in warehouses, workshops, loading bays and stabilised logistics yards. The long wheelbase contributes to stability during load transport. Increased ground clearance supports travel on logistics surfaces with irregularities. The wide mast provides a direct view of the forks.

    A lithium battery for continuous work-cycle organisation

    The 80 V / 205 Ah LiFePO₄ battery is equipped with a BMS, thermal monitoring and high-voltage regulation. A full charging time of 2 to 3 hours is specified. Charging can take place during breaks or shift changes to maintain forklift availability without battery replacement.

    Driving, positioning and safety

    The operator compartment includes a spacious working area, an adjustable suspension seat and FHPS steering. Forward and reverse controls provide progressive transitions. The integrated side shift helps position the forks accurately. The OPS system prevents lifting and travel when the operator’s seat is unoccupied.

    Improved visibility in shared areas

    LED lights, the blue warning light, panoramic mirrors, the LCD screen and the horn on the rear handle support manoeuvring. Lowering cushioning limits impact on the floor and load during deposit.

    Routine servicing and a maintenance-free battery

    The gas-spring-assisted bonnet provides direct access to the components. The air-filtration system limits dust ingress. The LiFePO₄ battery requires neither topping-up nor periodic maintenance. The forks, mast, chains, tyres and safety systems must nevertheless be inspected regularly.
