FE3D18N1 – 1.8-tonne 3-wheel lithium electric forklift

The NOBLELIFT FRANCE FE3D18N1 is a sit-on electric forklift designed to handle up to 1,800 kg at a 500 mm load centre. Its three-wheel configuration and dual traction motors increase handling capacity while maintaining dimensions suited to narrow aisles and areas with restricted manoeuvring space.

A 1.8-tonne capacity in a manoeuvrable format

The forklift retains an overall width of 1,084 mm and a turning radius of 1,620 mm. It facilitates aisle changes, U-turns and positioning in front of racking. The specified aisle width is 3,323 mm for a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet handled crosswise and 3,447 mm for an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet handled lengthwise.

Dual traction motors for repeated work cycles

The two AC traction motors each deliver 5.5 kW. The 12 kW lift motor supports load pick-up and deposit operations. This configuration is suited to regular material flows between receiving, storage, order preparation and production. The hydraulic service brake provides progressive response during load approach.

An operator compartment designed for frequent manoeuvres

The operator has a comfortable seat, an access handle and a multifunction display. The wide-view mast keeps the forks and load visible. Mirrors, LED lights, the Blue Spot and the rear handle with integrated horn provide additional support in areas shared with pedestrians and other equipment.

Rear charging ports and component protection

The 76.8 V / 150 Ah lithium battery is connected through two rear ports, one for fast charging and one for standard charging. Their position facilitates parking and charging several forklifts side by side. The fully enclosed body has an IPX4 protection rating. The controller installed in the counterweight benefits from natural heat dissipation.

Adapting the mast to available heights

The standard lift height is 3,000 mm. In this configuration, the mast height is 1,995 mm when lowered and 3,955 mm when extended. Duplex, full-free-lift Duplex and full-free-lift Triplex versions allow the forklift to be matched to racking height and ceiling restrictions.
