TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • FE3D16N1 – 1.6-tonne 3-wheel lithium electric forklift

    The NOBLELIFT FRANCE FE3D16N1 is a sit-on electric forklift equipped with three wheels and two AC traction motors. Its rated capacity is 1,600 kg at a 500 mm load centre. Its compact dimensions are suited to handling operations in narrow aisles, storage rooms, workshops and order-picking areas where available manoeuvring space is limited.

    A 3-wheel forklift designed for confined areas

    With an overall width of 1,084 mm and a turning radius of 1,620 mm, the FE3D16N1 facilitates U-turns, aisle changes and pallet handling close to racking. The specified aisle width is 3,318 mm for a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet handled crosswise and 3,443 mm for an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet handled lengthwise. This configuration supports regular material flows without unnecessarily increasing aisle widths.

    Two traction motors for controlled manoeuvring

    The two traction motors each deliver 5.5 kW. They support repeated travel and direction changes in warehouse operations. The 12 kW lift motor manages load pick-up, transport and deposit cycles. The hydraulic service brake contributes to progressive and precise braking.

    Visibility and equipment for daily operation

    The mast provides a clear field of vision towards the forks and the load. The operator compartment includes a comfortable seat, an access handle and a multifunction display. Left and right mirrors, LED lights, the Blue Spot and the rear handle with integrated horn improve awareness during travel and reversing manoeuvres. A USB connector completes the operator equipment.

    A lithium battery suited to indoor material flows

    The FE3D16N1 is equipped with a 76.8 V / 150 Ah lithium battery. Fast and standard charging ports are positioned at the rear of the forklift. This layout facilitates the connection of several machines parked side by side. The fully enclosed body has an IPX4 protection rating.

    Selecting the mast according to storage height

    The standard configuration provides a lift height of 3,000 mm. The mast height is 1,995 mm when lowered and 3,955 mm when extended. Duplex, full-free-lift Duplex and full-free-lift Triplex configurations are available. Residual capacity must be checked according to the selected lift height, mast and attachments.
